Most of the people here know nothing or near to nothing about science and how it works, some of them are even openly against science when it doesn't fit their ideology or superstition, yet they think that they are qualified to understand scientific studies and medical data and even think that they are capable of understanding medicine better than doctors themselves...
Honestly i wouldn't be surprised to find out that several of the users here are just bots meant to spread lies and propaganda to make voat/poal look like a bunch of retards to the "external world".
very interesting theory. I know Russians are working to make rednecks believe most dumb conspiracies. But actually other parties might be very interested to keep smart people off such sites and keep main page full with flat earthers and covid deniers.
