I never used Reddit in my life and i don't intend to start now.

I'm sorry that you consider reality "insanity", but you are not going to change it telling people who reminds you that you are living in the real world to "go back to Reddit".

My suggestion to you is to stop believing that fantasy somehow affects reality, it is unhealthy and it will not help you in any way.
