Here's a thought.... suppose a plane was dispatched at the scheduled time to pick up a VIP skiing in Colorado. Further, suppose the skiing was soooo good, the VIP (or his family) decided they wanted to ski one more day....

So, scheduled plane has to return, whence it came from, only without the assigned VIP....

So, no call letter change.
