The Anti Christ already tried to rebuild the Temple. In 363 A.D., egged on by the Roman Emperor Julian the Apostate, the Jews tore down every remaining stone from the old temple to begin rebuilding it. But God miraculously halted this work.

They hate Jesus because he took the Kingdom of God and HE rules and reigns. They were stripped of their ego/money making/power trip. The temple was Destroyed and with that they are NO LONGER the mediators between God and Man. ONLY Jesus the Christ can do that. That is why they hate Jesus.
So here is the definition of the Anti Christ... He denies Jesus is the Christ, YET still thinks he has the Father... HMMMM

1 John 2: 22 WHO IS A LIAR but he that DENIES that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denies the Father and the Son. 23 Whosoever denies the Son, the same has not the Father: (but) he that acknowledges the Son has the Father also.

YOU CANNOT have the Father Without THE SON Jesus the Christ. the Anti christ is that simple to identify.
