It's so those of us who would protest are easily identified from the sheep on camera. It is a way to get individuals to self-identify. When we all get social credit scores those of us not totally masked at all times always will have low scores. Come to poal constantly? Score goes down. Score too low and you don't get your free gibs or you get less... And your product costs more. Etc
