They can operate at a loss because bankers and feds use our money/labor to bail them out while mom and pop mainstreet must struggle for scraps.
I haven't heard the need for Walmart to be bailed out. Or any of those major companies that people bitch about. Fact is the large super companies do just fine because they pay people like shit and source cheap shit from third world hell holes. They won't ever need a bail out because the majority of people, despite their convictions, will shop there.
