Holy shit. I bitch about that constantly. I walk my dog 5+ miles a day and can't even find a trash can to throw away dog shit. Let alone a bio hazard bin for these masks that are supposedly collecting the new spanish flu. No The damn masks are littering every road I walk down instead. And don't even get me started on that.
