scroll below that to table 3 and look up the death codes to find that a vast majority of deaths have nothing to do with covid.

All other conditions and causes (residual) 157,444 Deaths

not hard to google the codes in that column, murder, suicide, drug overdose, performing surgery on themselves, died during surgery
