There’s a pack of them across the street from me along the riverbank, and they howl every evening and every morning. I chased one with the mini14 four days ago. Couldn’t get a bead on him at 100 yards with the peep sights in the fog, but he zigzagged a few times. I need to get the scope mounted and dialed in for the kill. Yes, I know, “mini14”....whatever. I have other choices, but this one is my favorite. I’ll post kill picks when I get him/them.

I have a couple packs near me and they howl all night as well. I like them though. They keep the rodent population in check so my garden thanks them.

I like hearing them as well. They make some crazy ass sounds. Never seen them.

There are definitely worse problems to have.
