As a helpful motivation, 1 hour is only 4% of your day. You really can do it.

This is great OP. Completely agree. I need to dedicate more time to category 3.

I get plenty of mental and spiritual exercise but I have to admit I'm quite lazy. Thankfully I'm quite tall and I have a decent diet so I don't get fat but man I really need to start running and stop smoking.

Do yourself the biggest favor of your life and kick the Camel's. Tobacco killed almost as many as Communism in the 20th Century. That's some serious numbers. If time, circumstance or inclination allow, take up a legit martial art. Smoking and training to kick ass cannot coexist. Cheers!

I need to stop drinking everyday and get back into the gym and reading. It's tough because the jews have me in a depressing mental headlock

Try to take a break from the drinks, smash some vitamin B complex as you are likely depleted, it helps a ton after 2 weeks steady. And yeah, adequate daily exercise kills depression as well, vit B1 gives ya energy.

It's a good idea to take vitamin B complex regularly. I've found that cuts/bruises heal in light speed in addition to shorter work out recovery time.

I honestly cannot believe how much it has improved my life. I thought that shit was a scam up till recently, it's not.

The physical, mental, and spiritual exercise will cure your depression better than any pill.

Same. Esepcially since my governor shut down the gyms. Been working out at home but can only son So much with little equipment. Been struggling with the drinking as well. Perhaps some reflection on the struggles of those that came before us could help. The struggles of the first Europeans tilling the land with their hands, the Romans/Greeks and their accomplishments. Even writing down some thoughts on a piece of paper could help.

Maybe we should write down goals. You're right, our ancestors suffered more than this. Though I can't imagine a time when it looked more helpless. But I'll try harder.

Step 1: reject the victim role. No one put you into a mental headlock you can't break out of. You got lazy and allowed it to happen (we all do that at times) so you can choose to break it. You are stronger than they are.

Former boozer and user...every single aspect of my life got better after I quit. Start by quitting hard liquor, just stick to beer...for now.
