Yeah I haven't been to a concert in close to two decades. The point was that private businesses will jump on the bandwagon too. And even something like a triple A minor league baseball game will require proof of vaccine compliance.

There's never going to be a database, starting with the HIPAA implications.
There already is a database. Or more specifically, vaccine databases at the state level.
