Juice is a liquid. Ketchup has a similar consistency to yogurt. We don't call yogurt a liquid.
Solid, liquid or gas. That's what they told me in 3rd grade science. So has to be one of the three.
Yes, but that describes a physical property, not the composition thereof.
But it is a liquid, it is very thick, but it's a liquid.
the TSA would classify it as a liquid and those people are highly trained agents!
Ketchup is both liquid and solid.
There's also plasma and Bose-Einstein condensates as states of matter. I guess your science peaked at 3rd grade level.
Ketchup is actually a Bos-Einstein condensate
I present yogurt drink as evidence against your argument.

And I present Greek yogurt. And amazon? don't promote them.
Ketchup is a non-Newtonian fluid. Its viscosity changes to a less viscous state when sheer pressure is applied to it. Ketchup will slowly pour out of a bottle, but it will rocket out of a squeeze bottle or packet because it becomes significant;y less viscous when force is applied to it.
