Thanks, that does reinforce what I thought was the case. I do agree that it is, as argued, an 'orientation' that cannot be treated or cured. The only thing to be done is to keep them from being able to access children. The problem with the "kill them all" attitude is that it will make it harder for "odd uncle Andy" (name chosen randomly) to come forward, or for people to put them forward.
