Yeah. I'm also not in to punishing pre-crime. But I wouldn't knowingly tolerate these degenerates in my neighborhood even if they are honest about their perversion.

That was intended as subtext, wouldn't trust them near any kids regardless. Just that I would rather a system where people with those tendencies feel open enough to seek support.
