Voluntary servitude never requires the removal of free will. As all voluntary Chemical Slaves can a test, free will is what separates the self medicated from a date rape drugging victim. Bill Cosby chemically enslaved his victims with impunity while mandatory Vaccinations protected the State from accountability. All this tells me is the State is more dangerous to free will than a convicted rapist.
