Ok the only old out of shape pic I had I have blood running down me so it is what it is... long story short I broke up a fight the two fighting were relatives they turned on me. Anyways here is my covid1984 pics.. went from about 210 pounds to 180.. I'm 6'2"

Congrats. Last thing I wanted to do during all this bullshit is sit around and get fat. Looks like you made the best of it. You feel like that’s a pretty good weight for your height?

Goal is 190. 185 is probably ok but I'm trying to get a good white woman to have kids with so I'm going all out. But the big thing is I can run great still play basketball but I need to stop skipping leg day! But 2 acl torn and a bad ankle make it really shifty. No excuses though just got to adapt and overcome
