Goal is 190. 185 is probably ok but I'm trying to get a good white woman to have kids with so I'm going all out. But the big thing is I can run great still play basketball but I need to stop skipping leg day! But 2 acl torn and a bad ankle make it really shifty. No excuses though just got to adapt and overcome
