I told her I was excited they called me in for the interview because it looked like I'd be able to actually get it wrapped up in time for me to vote in this election. She looked me up and down... A strait white male, clean shaven, wearing a tie and slacks. She was super excited when she found some excuse to reject my application forcing a reschedule at a later date. Still got it in time to vote, made voting for Trump feel that much better. I knew what was up when I asked for her supervisor and she refused. But it's a federal building during COVID so I didn't press it but it's sad as fuck to see people stoop so low.
