Really goes nice prime rib or a big fat steak, I like mixing horseradish, sour cream, olive oil and chopped parsley in a bowl. Dip your meat in that, yum.

looks like actual grated horseradish with some sugar and preservatives
the soybean oil kind is usually in the plastic squeeze bottle and is more like sauce. this one you need to use a utensil to scoop out and spread.
