Nobody dies of "old age". They only say that when old age causes so many problems it's hard to determine which one was the primary cause of death. Because she had covid, they are claiming that's the primary cause of the pnemonia that caused her death. If they weren't trying to blame covid, they would've just said she died of pnemonia, not "old age".
