Shit, walk briskly for 30 minutes a day with a moderate diet and you'll never be obese. Possibly overweight depending on lifestyle, but walking is the best exercise for maintaining homeostasis.

Walking briskly is high intensity for fatties. If you see fat cunts walking around in normal clothes then they're not walking briskly.
