We need to convince our people to stop treating working out like it's only purpose is for bodybuilding. It has valuable medicinal and therapeutic benefits and it is good for literally everybody.

high intensity short workouts done more regularly are much better than bombing yourself 2 or 3 times a week.

Shit, walk briskly for 30 minutes a day with a moderate diet and you'll never be obese. Possibly overweight depending on lifestyle, but walking is the best exercise for maintaining homeostasis.

walking does fuck all if you're already overweight... especially if you have no diet discipline. high intensity is necessary to make the change happen. i see fat cunts walking every single day and they never change.
