i already have refused to wear them since day 1. quit my job the day they became mandatory, got a phonecall asking to come back to work when it turns out i have an exemption, flatly refused any jobs for government departments or anyone likely to attempt to enforce me wearing them.

had several fines, all have mysteriously not been followed up (last i recall some 80,000 'fines' had been issued but less than 50 had actually been paid... which is actually a good thing, theyre not really fines at all as they are not for breaking any actual existing law, that makes them extortion attempts) ive been thrown out of a couple of places and got my own back on a couple of those by going prepared next time around (have cash in pocket at all times, where im at you can do one of two things, you can be nice and slap the cash down and walk out with your shit, or you can make sure you have something recording you asking the cashier if they are refusing to take your payment, make sure they insist 'i cannot serve you' a couple of times, then you walk straight out, with your money and cash. you are not shoplifting if you have attempted to pay. they do not have the right to refuse service on medical grounds. To be charged with shoptheft in melbourne you must have attempted to leave the store without making any attempt to pay, and if you DO get stopped the first thing the cops ask is 'do you have the money to pay for the items' and you show them the fuckign cash. its all over after that.... cos either the supermarket can accept the cash or whoever detained you gets done for unlawful detention.

Ive spent a fuckload of time babysitting shoplifters in Targets LPO office in a place in western melbourne. I can tell you straight up if i was till doing that shitty job now id tell anyone attempting to get me to detain someone for anything mask related to put it in writing and sign it, then tell them to fuck right off, fire me and see what happens, theyve just signed a document giving a security officer a demonstratably unlawful instruction.

Victorians need to learn an understand the following laws available on the australian law library website -

Crimes Act 1956 -

Sect 458 - Powers of arrest (that is for everyone police covered by 459) - all victorians have the right to arrest any other victorian without warrant

Sect 461 - Arrest on reasonable grounds not be taken to be unlawful - If you have arrested someone to demonstrably prevent comission continuance completion of an offence, you CAN NOT be charged with unlawful detention, regardless of whether that person is ultimately charged.

Sect 462a - Use of force - this is the level you can reasonably use to apply sect 458 - against an armed member of a criminal enterprise such as an outlaw bikie, a burglar, OR A POLICE OFFICER (and yes, they are now a criminal enterprise, by their laws, each one of them now associate with criminals) with a radio, it could be argued lethal force would be absolutely not disproportionate to the objective.

Sect 350 - Lists common law offences, including perverting the course of justice - a police officer CAN NOT prevent you from making a LAWFUL arrest of ANY person, including another police officer. (Refer 458 - any person in victoria may arrest any other person)

Charter of Human Rights and Responsibilities Act of 2006 -

Part10. Protection from torture and cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment (refusing to serve someone because you believe they have a disease)

PArt12, Freedom of movement (victorians can travel throughout the state, enter, leave, and live wherever they choose)

Part14. Freedom of thought, conscience, religion and belief (God says no, concience says no, my believes say no)

Part15. Freedom of expression - They can like it or not, but calling a cop a treasonous cunt is legally protected speech.
