Businesses have the right to refuse service to anyone.
That doesn't make it right for businesses to have the audacity to make a medical decision for healthy people and treat healthy people like walking diseases with absolutely no evidence whatsoever. We have all these Civil Rights Act laws that people can't be discriminated based on disabilities or religious reasons, yet we never use them.
Well wearing a mask (a head covering) is against my religion. Wearing a mask is against my health (breathing oxygen) when I'm 100% healthy. Being told what to wear on my body is a trespass of my property. The business doesn't own my body when I walk into their doors. Claiming healthy people with no symptoms are a health threat is absolutely unfounded. It's not a valid reason to refuse service.
The businesses must make reasonable accommodations to serve all of the public. If wearing a mask is against your religious beliefs or against your health (breathing oxygen) then the burden is on the business to make reasonable accommodations such as plexiglass barriers, etc.
Don't obey the system that's working against you, know the law and know your rights, then hold them to it.
No, it literally does not matter. A business owner can ask you to leave with no explanation whatsoever. It is their property, they don’t have to let you hang out there any more than you have to let a nigger hang out in your living room

Actually property is property. If the government can mandate you don't discriminate who you allow into your business, then sooner or later that will be extended to 1. parties, 2. birthdays, 3. bbqs, 4. private gatherings.
