The police, ATF and local police all followed the law: they went to his house, saw the RV, but had no reasonable suspicion for a search warrant. And no, having a home alarm system is neither suspicious nor anything like Ft. Knox. If you want to know why his GF's statements didn't qualify for a warrant it's because she could not be relied upon when her claims of Anthony's military past didn't check out.
