Great points. This is going to sound weird but if you want a relaxing thing to do that is kinda like meditation and is not terrible for you I would suggest cigars or old man pipe. It helps to have a nice place to go and smoke away from people a nice park or some where with a view. Like lifting weights it gives you a non thinking routine and a breathing pattern kinda like meditation... cigars to me are borderline forced meditation I even try to do some meditation while smoking a cigar aka clear my mind focus on my breathing blow out nice smoke circles and just be one with everything...

I have been thinking about getting my hands on some loose-leaf organic tobacco for this very reason. I enjoy smoking but I know cigarettes are full of weird shit.
