When covidnstarted and I had a break up with a girl I started eating healthy drinking less and working out and running went from about 209 to 180 in about 6 weeks and have maintained it while getting stronger. It just makes ya feel better looking in a mirror and looking good and knowing you could run 6 miles at a decent pace if needed.

I've actually leaned up big time. I went from around 225 to 185 - 190 in the past year. My muscles are like steel. My biceps look like a softball stretched into a sock.

I never could get that baseball on bicep look. My tricep is well defined and theres a clear delineation at my shoulder but the front of my arm is just big.

I have a thick neck. My legs are skinny though even though they are really strong. My sis says I'm "top heavy " . I had the strongest kicks in my MMA gym back when I was training. I was also the oldest guy at our gym.

with my knees a leg kick would be fatal. I watch bellator almost every night. ESPN has UFC but they want ridiculous money to stream it.
