There are still quite a few. Mostly seems to be angst teenage girls, though. Maybe the bigger issue is that it’s generally a product of different problems; men who want to chop their dicks off seem to have a sexual fetish, where girls have emotional issues that can be foisted on a whole host of other “counter culture” behaviors.
