Look inside your own family and find out who's alone. Spend time with them first. Then look at your neighbors. Spend time with them second. You never know when you may need them. General advice: Older folks tend to be a little technologically challenged. Give them a gentle nudge into the smartphone age so they can keep in touch. Should they acquire a smartphone, be prepared to spend some time teaching them it's operations and functions. (Take breaks if they get frustrated.) I can appreciate the fact that it is time well spent.
Won't lie it's been pretty shit lately
Cut down on shitty foods, make time to exercise, stop drinking. It's near fucking unbearable at the beginning but it pays dividends down the line.
Don't let self doubt eat at you, it can easily be your greatest enemy.
Solid advice.
Needed to hear this today Thank you
Tell this to my family and "friends".
Survive to spite them.
I do.
Thanks for this, friend. Much needed today.
Good words!
I AM alone irl
What have you done to fix this?
Nothing...people annoy me, especially niggers.
(I do have friends, but they are as busy as I am, and...they annoy me.
In order to fight the external jew, you must first prevail against the jew within. Lift, run, engage with other people especially if you can't stand your friend group. Maybe now is the time to find a new career, maybe now is the time to finish that degree, maybe now is the time to finally take up hunting, fishing, car repair, or some other active hobby. You're not alone.
Likely millions. They are just more afraid.
