Oh. I thought the title was "Robotic Failure" which makes more sense because that video is fake as fuck. Textures aren't right and look how they float when they jump for starters. And this is from one viewing I didn't even finish on mobile.

That's obviously CGI in this case. Robotics is close if not already there. But this is just a fluff piece.
sure, could be true either way. consider diminishing returns. over time, advances in tech increase ten-fold. (i.e. processing power)
considering everyone has a mini 'computer' in their hand/pocket at pretty much all times, I honestly would not doubt this is real.
