Its a false premise. Women with the same experience and education make more money than men. The issue is that they tend to have less experience such as time on the job. And they tend to put in less hours.
And they get pregnant and drop out of the job.
Japan is mocked for having drop-in/drop-out temporary employment for women, set up with the understanding that a woman will and should dip out of the workforce when she gets knocked up.
Of course, Japan is mocked for this by the lefties, who normally are all about pushing for more maternity leave. Yet they blast Japan for providing literally infinity maternity leave.
Unfortunately, Japan’s birth rate has cratered. People on Voat used to get really salty about this, because apparently one of the last ethno-states should be perfect, but feminism has affected that place too. Plenty of childless women there as well.
