Simply because, in my experience, everything labelled a 'conspiracy' is something that in some way totally discredits, dismisses or repudiates whatever the given agenda of those in power/ control / authority are forcing and programming onto the dumb masses and useless eaters to follow ... A case of "your wrong idiot , we're right, nah nah nah", (sticks finger in their collective ear-assess).
