All the food items on this list I easily avoid, I already knew it was cheap GMO HFCS garbage mixed with artificial chemically-created ingredients. Household cosmetics are chemical garbage too. Make your own with basic ingredients at home. Others are a little tricky to avoid, like 3M. They make a lot of useful household stuff.
