Birth to adult, then to table. All by hand, no winches, no electric grinder. All our meat is home raised. Yes, I do. That rarely happens though , I’m a good shot, they drop instantly. Also, ear to ear is wasteful of neck meat, cut the carotid arteries with two quick plunges of the boning knife,tip raked against the spine.
