Elyria police Lt. James Welsh said he has seen the video and has an idea of who the involved parties are, but no charges had been filed related to the incident as of Thursday afternoon and Welsh said no one involved has come forward to report it.

His mistake was getting drunk and going out in public and acting in the manner he had been accustomed to.
His biggest mistake in this video was not being a better fighter. If this is the version that cuts off after the can knocks him down the White guy gets his ass beat. It’s shameful.
