USA is a corporation though, there have been plenty of posts/ websites that clearly prove this out using Scotus rulings et al, with law courts NOT been based on common law courts anymore but jurisdiction courts based on commercial code law - law of the corporation. The federal reserve plays a part in it as well. Its why the United States of America is listed as a corporation on the international business registry
