90-109 is considered average IQ. So only one small area in one country in all of Africa are of average intelligence?
I'm not surprised just disappointed we bring them into intelligent countries run by White's and they cause so many problems.

We have had to "redefine" the very meaning of mental retardation for these people. So they can qualify for certain jobs that they are not qualified for. Lowering the bar drags all of us down. And doesn't help them because they will all be in a position to fail.
