Homo negro is NOT homo sapiens. In the past they were rightfully recognized as a variant of ape, and should be recognized as the closest cousin to actual humans. We have no problem believing that there were multiple human species in the past, today it's commonly believed that there is only one species of human, but no one can rightly define when one transitioned into the other.
