I was just being a smart-ass. Over the summer the Trump administration was touting these opportunities zones as a huge win. Unfortunately, this is one of those situations where only time will tell. Personally, I don't hold out much hope as far as investing in black communities goes. Their culture would have to rewind back to the their culture of the 1930s in order for this to work correctly.
