I moved over here since it seems like where the rest of Voat went but there are a few things I don't understand. When I upvote things it doesn't change the number of votes and my vote is gone when I refresh the page. Is there some kind of CCP requirement to vote or something? Also is there a way to view the top posts for the last 24 hours instead of the top of all time? I was a /v/all/top kind of guy on Voat.

Also what's the deal with downvotes here? I think I saw someone say you aren't supposed to downvote or something?

Oh yeah the button. I'm not really sure on that one. (I'm a phone poster.) Watch and see if the number changes? I don't think there's a level limit on it.
