The most convincing video I have encountered , seems to show a before what looks like a nuclear flash occurs on the same vector, where after a classic "dogleg" mushroom cloud which characterizes a tactical nuclear detonation formed .. scuttlebutt says there could have been a missile.

not nuclear. there are no speckles of radiation on the video sensor.
it just looks bright cause it's night time. there could be some metal in the explosive mix that is burning very brightly

I am not so sure .. we know conventional explosions take place within milliseconds where after the scene is instantly obscured by dust mostly, whereas this event took place over the span of several seconds which tends to confirm the nuclear hypothesis, there are such things as "clean nukes."

I believe the camera was just broken/out of calibration. If it was a nuke people with giger counters would have told us by now.
