Most of the characters on mash are terribly developed. Many are just terrible people. Hawkeye is a shitty human. He plays this anti war cool guy,, but more than once he physically assaulted Frank. And Hawkeye isn't a good looking guy. He keeps being played as 'The Player", and he's not. And he made a shit load of gay jokes. Margaret. WTF is w this character? She is all over the place. Why in the world is she seeing Frank? He's supposed to be w him because he'd some right wing nut, but he's the biggest panty waste on the Korean peninsula. One second she's a tough military woman the next she a dumbass, the next whatever Radar. This mother fucker aged backwards. Look at the early seasons. Radar was hip. He was a player. He drank and got day passes like a gangster. The longer he spent in a war zone the more naïve he got. I'll skip the rest. It's not important really. I mean I can go on, w each character. Henry Blake was alright. They had some good jokes stuffed into episodes. They fucked whats his name that was Trapper. They did have a nigger called Spearchucker, so you gotta give em that. Charles is the only character who went through an actual arch w/in the story. He actually grew from being a stodgy stuck up ass hole until he was actually a real guy w both good and bad sides, and acted like it. He was an actual likeable human Charles Emerson Winchester the 3rd was actually the star of MASH
