That's actually genius. Build lots of infrastructure in certain parts of Africa, to give the minorities the American luxuries they don't want to give up, and sell it like it's a nice place. Do it in a small part of town, and get studies saying the average individual makes MORE money there, and pays less for housing costs, food, and the like. Make it look safe too, get the population small and rich enough to where it does look safer than America. Spread this information, and have undercover house niggers post about it on black twitter, spewing that typical "dayumm you tellin' me Africa ain't ruined by white folx anymore? Damn cuh how do I move there?" tier nonsense until it goes viral there.
