We need racial separation BAD! How will that be achieved? I have no fucking idea. This is what the Platinum Plan should be, to get them over there. You'll have to sell it to them very well, with Gucci stores, Bentleys, parties, etc.
The first thing you do is build small tightly packed buildings on the outside of town first, to house millions of them, maybe spread them in different cities in Africa. The buildings only need a ten year planned life.
Promise them this is temporary housing until they can move into the luxury units. This is no different than the welfare housing we have today in every US city. Give them the current gibs they receive here until they have moved. Maybe even get a few libs and hispanics to run things temporarily.
Sell the marketing everyday, ads, news, music vids, movies. You have to get >90% of them there. Then when they are there, you give them the reigns.
Once enough of them have left the US, their political influence diminishes with each one leaving and revoking their citizenship.
That's actually genius. Build lots of infrastructure in certain parts of Africa, to give the minorities the American luxuries they don't want to give up, and sell it like it's a nice place.
Do it in a small part of town, and get studies saying the average individual makes MORE money there, and pays less for housing costs, food, and the like. Make it look safe too, get the population small and rich enough to where it does look safer than America. Spread this information, and have undercover house niggers post about it on black twitter, spewing that typical "dayumm you tellin' me Africa ain't ruined by white folx anymore? Damn cuh how do I move there?" tier nonsense until it goes viral there.
