For the White folk who can (not all are able) then they should. White folks who do want children should think of having at least 3 instead of 1 or 2. Obviously, everyone has a part to play and for some folks having families isn't for them. However, for those who KNOW without a shadow of a doubt that they want kids no matter what then they need to have at least 3 kids and live somewhere that's relatively healthy to raise those kids.
