Why when I try to send a message to another member does it send it to my inbox? What am I doing wrong?

When I go to the persons username and hit "send message" or whatever it says, I hit send and it sends it to my inbox? It's happened twice now, once responding to a message and once initiating a message? Feel free to look at my inbox.
