If you actually believe that any foreign 'aid' money will be going to those programs then you still have a long way to go. All of that money is going straight into someone's pocket. It is either someone cashing out a favor or an alphabet agency payoff. This is why you never see any accountability when it comes to tracking the funds.

It's also why there are still starving / dying people in the third world country's we keep giving aid too. The average person is easily manipulated by stories or pictures of starving children. They fear the social consequences of speaking out against it by the fear of being called raciest or heartless. Why would (((congress))) want to fix the suffering when it is such a convenient tool to get away with stealing tax money and spreading their ideology?

Just some more evidence of the government taking advantage of white empathy.

Any country with nuclear weapons is not third world and should not get any aid what so ever. Looking at you Israel.
