The first click takes a picture on all of your phone cameras and sends them along with you user and location data to mossad, the CCP, the C_A, the NSA and Jeffrey Epstein. The second click opens the picture.

It’s just a UI feature. You’ll get used to it if you stop clicking the pic first.
