Municipalities are also setting laws, The store owner gets fined if they don;t force masks on customers.

And since I'm posting anyway; They do not understand what "NO Asymptomatic transmission" means, and secondly it's the women and their peer pressuring power mongering that are the real problem. They won't give that up.
