My city has an ordinance which is a law. It sucks but then again I generally don't go into places now as I'm more worried about dealing with faggotry then conspiracies.

If there is a Town or City Ordinance then must people conflate it to being a law. If there isn't then the legislative branch of a state or Country applies.
Don't fucking mix the two. You did write ordinance but we were not talking about actual ordinances. We were talking about non-law executive orders. I assumed we were all honest parties and we could carry on with the context in which things were started.
